 我們點了幾款地道名菜:
紅酒燴飯 Risotto with cardoons and Barolo red wine;
生牛仔肉 Raw tartare of fassone veal, oil & lemon with green salad;
焗牛仔脾 Shank of veal cooked slow-oven with rosemary sauce;
鷄肝煮麵 Hand made fresh thin noodles with chicken livers。
可可不吃牛油和忌廉,因此揀了fish of the day,她說從未吃過如此美味的西式煎魚呢!我們大家都覺得所有菜都好好味,veal tartare 特別鮮嫩,不過 risotto 則太多太平淡和太膩,打消了絕大部份的食慾,有點可惜,如果份量只有三份一就剛好了。可可說她那杯 decaffinated expresso 很好味 (後來成為了她覺得全程最好味的),我則覺得 normal 的expresso 略嫌苦了點,不過我不是 expresso fan,所以不能作準。紅酒不貴,我們叫了枝地道出產的越飲越好味。全晚五位盛惠410歐元,物有所值。 |
